Yes, at VLux Trails our homes are pet-friendly. We welcome all dog breeds, ages, and sizes. Please keep in mind we allow a maximum of 3 pets per home, a pet interview is required, and all fees are per pet. Please reference our Pet Policy page or contact us for more information.
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes! VLux Trails offers several online services, including paying rent and submitting 24/7 maintenance requests.

What are the qualification requirements to rent at VLux Trails?
Applicants will be evaluated on rental criteria, which include sufficient income and acceptable credit history. Acceptable credit history is based upon several credit reporting factors and is not solely based on the applicant's credit score.
